Premiere's plan is continued growth in the coming years as it further establishes itself as the leader in providing luxury furnished accommodations across North America. Premiere Executive Suites does not sell single unit franchises, rather we enter into geographical territory agreements where multiple suites are established. Franchise owners must be well-capitalized to meet accommodation standards and aggressive development plans.
Qualification Criteria
- Experience as a multi-unit operator within the service, hospitality, accommodations or real-estate industry.
- Recognized, within the industry, as a superb service provider.
- Ability to create infrastructure and resources to meet the development schedule.
- Real estate knowledge in the market or territory to be developed.
- A total commitment to developing the Premiere Executive Suites brand.
- Cultural fit and a passion for service.
- The corporation, partners (in the aggregate) or individuals contemplating a franchise should have access to $500,000 of investment capital in larger territories; access to $250,000 investment capital in smaller markets.
- Ability to invest $25,000 - $100,000 personally.
The corporation does provide access to capital through equity participation for qualified partners.
In some cases, Premiere Executive Suites will make an equity investment in an existing corporate housing business. This provides the existing business with a level of liquidity and the ability to leverage the Premiere Executive Suites brand.
