What is the difference between a Premiere Executive Suite and a hotel room?
• We provide spacious luxury suites professionally decorated with full-kitchen amenities. Most of our suites have in-suite laundry facilities, providing you with the comforts of home during your stay. With our executive suites you only need to bring personal belongings and food supplies, as all suites are fully equipped with house wares. All this for a fee usually lower than comparable hotel rates.
How do I find my apartment?
• To navigate to your suite, click on the accommodation button in one of our city sections and view the major streets and intersections. In addition, we have highlighted various attractions throughout the cities to enhance your stay. Upon confirming your reservation, Premiere's helpful staff will make arrangements for key delivery or pick up. We are more than happy to personally accompany you to your suite upon arrival.
What is included in the cost?
• Your rent covers the complete cost of the apartment including utilities, local telephone service, basic cable television and housekeeping services every two weeks. The only additional charges are for long-distance telephone calling and any extra services you may request.
How am I billed?
• We have several options for billing: major credit cards, company invoicing or certified cheque. You will receive a monthly bill that includes the rent for the coming month, plus any extra charges for the past month such as long distance or extra cable services. If you pay by credit card your account will automatically be charged to your card at the beginning of each month, and you will receive a receipt detailing the specific charges for your records.
How do I make a reservation?
• Simply email us or call our telephone number (based on your city of interest) Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Eastern Time). On each city's pages within the site, you will find a "Submit Reservation Inquiry" link.
What types of amenities does Premiere Executive Suites offer?
• Our suites can offer one or more bedrooms, full kitchens, one or more bathrooms, laundry facilities, underground parking, storage, and fitness and spa facilities. All suites are beautifully furnished and professionally decorated.
• All suites have a cable TV, VCR and stereo.
• High-speed Internet and fax are available at an additional charge.
• We provide grocery shopping and other types of services upon request.
