 Excellent Service

I was a guest at this establishment the weekend before last during the East Cost Music Awards, and wanted to let you know that I had, without question, my best hotel experience since moving out to the east coast.
My room (#4) was beautiful - extremely clean, well furnished, and with every amenity one could ask for; furthermore, the kitchen area and lounge were great. Though it was a busy weekend, I found time to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the common area, and met some great people along the way.
Kudos.
I can't say enough about the location, either.
Finally, I wanted to let you know that the woman working the front desk through most of my stay (Gina, I believe) was so wonderfully kind and helpful. She was more than hospitable and accommodating, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the city. She's certainly a valuable asset to your operation.
Anyhow, the purpose of me writing was to both commend you for the excellent service you provide, and to thank you for such a great experience. I'm looking forward to staying again, as whether it's business or pleasure that brings me back to Sydney, I will be staying at the Premiere Executive Suites
